Strabag Int.-Maksomer A.Ş. Joint Venture undertook this work in 2004, which was issued to tender by the Samsun Metropolitan Municipality. The shares of the companies in the Joint Venture were % 16 to cover the supply of off-shore materials and %84 for Maksomer A.Ş. to cover whole of the Landfill construction works. The work contained the construction of a landfill of 4 hectares, operation buildings and ring road and was completed and put into operation in 2 Joint Venture was released from its responsibility for the work upon signing of the final performance protocol on 15.05.2007. The final value of the Maksomer's share amounted to 3.530.569,46 Euro.
